TORONTO, November 1 - OutdoorPartner Media Corporation (TSXV: OPX) (the "Company"), a leading alternative out-of-home media provider, is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Prime Point Media, has extended its payphone advertising agreement with Verizon through 2014 (the "Extension").
The current agreement provides the Company with the exclusive right to sell wrapped advertising on Verizon's regular-sized payphone enclosures nationwide and was set to expire in August, 2009. Under the terms of the Extension, the Company has the exclusive right to sell wrapped advertising on Verizon payphone enclosures across the U.S. during the next seven years through September, 2014. In addition, the Company has secured the right to build, and sell advertising on, large format payphone enclosures at certain Verizon payphone locations in New York City upon regulatory approval.
