OutdoorPartner Media appoints new Chief Financial Officer

TORONTO, January 3 - OutdoorPartner Media Corporation ("OutdoorPartner" or the "Company") (TSXV: OPX) today announced the appointment of Grant Connelly as the Company's Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. Mr. Connelly succeeds Ari Huber who has resigned as the Company's Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer to pursue outside interests.

"Ari has made a significant contribution to the Company's success over the last four years," stated OutdoorPartner's CEO, Mark Brodkin. "We look forward to his continued involvement as a Director and one of the Company's largest individual shareholders."

Mr. Connelly joined the Company as VP Business Development in March 2006. Prior to joining OutdoorPartner, Mr. Connelly held a strategic position with CFM Corp., a former member of the TSX Composite Index, and played a key role in facilitating the acquisition of CFM Corp. by a pension fund. In addition, he has served as Controller for several companies. Mr. Connelly holds an MBA degree from the Schulich School of Business at York University and a Bachelor of Accounting degree from Brock University.
