Mr. Bederman is currently a partner of Genuity Capital Partners where he focuses on private equity investments and currently is a director of Grafikom, a privately held commercial printing company, and Pure Laser, a privately held North American chain of retail medical spas. Prior to joining Genuity Capital Partners, Mr. Bederman was an Executive Director at CIBC Capital Partners, the private equity division of the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce. Mr. Bederman has also served as Vice President in the U.S.-based Mergers & Acquisitions Group of Merrill Lynch & Co.

Prior to its founding, Mr. Brodkin founded eLucid Inc., a New York-based firm that successfully acquired and sold several companies in the electronic media industry. Before founding eLucid, Mr. Brodkin was an investment banking professional at Salomon Smith Barney in New York. Prior to working at Salomon Smith Barney, Mr. Brodkin worked at Heenan Blaikie LLP in Toronto as a corporate lawyer.

Prior to her role at Prime Point Media, Ms. Robinson was Chairwoman and Chief Executive Officer of Enrev Corporation, a battery management technology company. Ms. Robinson was also the President of the Technology Executive Round Table and a protege in the Committee of 200, the premier Womenâs National Professional Organization. In 2000, she was honoured as the Georgia Technology Woman of the Year and Wireless Weekly named her one of the top 20 women in the wireless industry. Ms. Robinson earned a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Redlands.

Prior thereto, Mr. Levi operated his own consulting company (from 2002 to 2003) and held various executive positions with MTV Networks (from 1990 to 2000). Mr. Levi earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Pennsylvania State University.

He has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of Vitran Corporation Inc. from 1983 until 2002 and has served as Chairman since 2002. He is a director of Exco Technologies Limited and Chairman and a director of Feel Good Cars Corporation.
